Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Harmony Family Care (“Harmony,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to harmonyfamilycare.org and does not cover information we may collect through phone calls, in-person visits, or as part of providing care services once you become a client.

Information We Collect

The main way this website collects personal information is through the consultation request form on our Contact page. When you submit that form, we collect:

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • The type of service you're interested in
  • The details you share about who needs care and their care needs

We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this website. If that changes, we'll update this policy. Some pages embed third-party content, such as the Google Maps embed on our Contact page, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy, outside of our control.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to your consultation request and answer questions
  • Contact you by phone or email about the care needs you described
  • Keep an internal record of inquiries so we can follow up appropriately

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing to third parties.

How We Share Your Information

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate this website and respond to inquiries. When you submit the contact form, your information is sent to:

  • Our email delivery provider, which sends your inquiry to our team and sends you an automatic confirmation email
  • A private Google Sheet, used internally to keep a running log of consultation requests

These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Otherwise, we do not share your personal information with third parties except where required by law.

Data Retention

We keep consultation request records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records. If you become a client, information related to your care is retained according to our standard recordkeeping practices for home care and supported living services.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've submitted through this website by contacting us using the information below. We'll respond to reasonable requests as quickly as we can.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults seeking care services for themselves or a family member. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this website. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our website or practices change. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
